By accessing or using My Partner ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Platform. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

3. Eligibility

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Account Creation

You must register an account using valid OAuth credentials (email and name). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

4.2 Phone Verification

You must verify your phone number using OTP (One-Time Password) codes sent via SMS. You may only register one phone number per account. Providing false phone numbers or attempting to circumvent verification is prohibited.

4.3 Account Security

You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

5. Relationship Verification and Claims

5.1 Partner Claiming Process

• You may claim a partner by entering their phone number
• Both parties must approve the relationship via OTP verification
• Only one active relationship is allowed per user at a time
• False claims or harassment through the claiming process is prohibited

5.2 Relationship Status

Your relationship status is visible to users who search for your phone number. By using the Platform, you consent to this disclosure as part of our transparency mission.

5.3 Ending Relationships

Either party may end a relationship at any time through the Platform. Ended relationships become part of your relationship history and may be reviewed by other users.

6. Reviews and Ratings

6.1 Posting Reviews

• You may review and rate past partners after a relationship ends
• Reviews must be truthful, factual, and based on personal experience
• Reviews must not contain hate speech, threats, or illegal content
• Reviews must not violate privacy or disclose sensitive personal information

6.2 Review Moderation

We reserve the right to remove, edit, or flag reviews that violate these Terms or our community guidelines. We may use automated systems (including AI) to detect inappropriate content.

6.3 Responding to Reviews

You may respond to reviews posted about you. Responses must also comply with these Terms and community guidelines.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Impersonate another person or create fake accounts
• Harass, stalk, threaten, or abuse other users
• Post defamatory, libelous, or malicious content
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or compromise the Platform's security
• Use the Platform for any illegal purpose
• Scrape, collect, or harvest user data without permission
• Circumvent phone verification or create multiple accounts
• Post spam, advertisements, or promotional content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

8. Content Ownership and License

8.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you post (photos, reviews, profile information). By posting content, you grant My Partner a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content in connection with the Platform.

8.2 Platform Content

All Platform content, including design, logos, text, graphics, and software, is owned by My Partner and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute Platform content without permission.

9. Reporting and Enforcement

9.1 Reporting Violations

You may report users or content that violates these Terms using the reporting feature. We will investigate reports and take appropriate action.

9.2 Enforcement Actions

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. We may also remove content, issue warnings, or take legal action as necessary.

10. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

10.1 No Warranty

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR RELIABILITY OF USER-GENERATED CONTENT. WE DO NOT VERIFY THE TRUTHFULNESS OF REVIEWS OR RELATIONSHIP CLAIMS.

10.2 Limitation of Liability

MY PARTNER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO USE THE PLATFORM IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS.

10.3 User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users. We are not responsible for the conduct of users or the accuracy of information they provide.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless My Partner, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another person.

12. Termination
